• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mayimleathers.com or call (909)736-6750 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Packaging:

• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging or a similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of your item.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
